There’s quite a bit to read in it as well, but if there’s a good recipe for pizza dough i’ll have to give it a try.

My wife and i have been making our own pizza’s lately, traditional italian. well, as much italian as what we think was in our best pizza in napoli. ours is pretty darn good too. anytime we want pizza, we make it now! however, we buy a frozen dough from italy, which is one of the reasons i want to try a traditional recipe. something homemade would be so much better.

You mean the best pizza isn’t in NY? Now I have to go all the way to Naples? Well at least I know there is very good pizza in this country (to satisfy me until I can make the journey)…

Jeff Varasano knows his stuff. I tried his recipe last weekend, but had a bit of trouble getting the dough from the counter to the pizza peel, to the oven. Nothing to do but try again!

Thanks Ray! I love 2D and I definitely wanted to challenge myself. It’s tedious, but I love drawing out each frame and figuring out the acting with “pencil and paper”.
